Design

The number of new Web sites being added to the World Wide Web is astronomical. For that reason it is important that your Web site clearly describe your products, service or organization. At the same time it should load quickly and be visually compelling to help hold visitor interest. I work closely with my customers to design attractive, fast loading and clearly organized Web sites where information can be found quickly and enjoyably.

If desired, I will design Web sites in their entirety with minimum client consolation. However, I prefer to have client input in the form of suggested text, existing logos, brochures, and graphics from which to build an effective Web page that continues existing advertising themes.

I offer a selection of standard Web page "packages" as a starting point for your Internet presence and provide custom designing for more complex sites. My full complex of design and formatting services include: computer generated artwork, photographic images, HTML coding, image mapping, cascading style sheets, scanning (logos, etc.), visitor counters, customer input forms, tables, frames, animated graphics and more. Graphics

When used properly, graphics and photos can greatly enhance the overall presentation of a web site. But when used incorrectly they can actually inhibit the effectiveness of a Web site. My graphics or web sites are designed with speed of loading and utilization by Search Engines in mind.

Scanning & Logos

Scanning of photographs, logos, etc. is offered as a standard feature in most of my "Web Packages". Additional scans, manipulation and logo development services are handled either as part of my custom Web page service on a per hour or a per scan basis. See pricing for more information.

I will carefully scan photos or logos that the customer provides for use on Web pages. Customer supplied photographs will often suffice for Web page images if they are sharp and properly exposed. Some customer supplied photos can be improved or manipulated using professional imaging software.
 

Website Hosting

Once your Web pages are designed and ready for public viewing they need a "home" on the World Wide Web so they can be accessed by Internet traffic (your perspective clients). This is done by uploading them to a hosting service which rents space on a monthly basis, I offer very reasonably priced Web site hosting for your virtual or vanity Web site.
 

Site Registrations with Search Engines

I register all of the Web sites with the major Web Search Engines. These search Engines consist of huge databases that are accessed by millions of Internet users each day and are the primary tools used to find information on Web sites.

I use a number of designing techniques which will consistently place "your" Web sites high in these search engine queries. This is very important as it will be the Web sites at the top of the list which will receive the most traffic. A Web site with no visitors has very little value.

Maintenance & Updates

One important advantage of advertising on the World Wide Web over other kinds of promotion is the ease and speed in making periodic changes. Usually a simple e-mail or FAX exchange and the Web site can be updated within a day. These periodic alterations might reflect modifications in your operation, new products, seasonal offerings or just an occasional addition or removal of graphic images to give your Web site a fresh look.
