2. Why is this form not on an SSL-encrypted network?
This form only personally identifiable information this form collects is your email address. This exposes a very small risk for fraud or theft. The remainder of the sensitive information (i.e. credit card number, mailing address) is collected on the Paypal.com website which is indeed on a secure, SSL-encrypted network.

4. Do I have to pay the exact amount shown on the invoice or statement? Can I make a partial payment?
No, you do not have to pay the exact amount shown on your invoice or statement. You can make a partial payment (or an over-payment even!) by simply typing in the amount you wish to pay into the "Amount" field. Please keep in mind that all bills must be paid in full and on time to avoid late fees or possible suspension of service.

5. What if I do not have/want a Paypal account?
This form of payment does not require that you have a Paypal account. When filling out your transaction you will be invited to join Paypal, but this is not mandatory.

Yes, you will receive a record of payment via email from Paypal as soon as your payment is sent. You will receive a record of payment from RLE Design, LLC on your next monthly statement.
